3. Products & Services
NEWERA specializes in bespoke UPVC doors, windows, and mosquito net systems. All product descriptions are provided with maximum accuracy, yet natural wood-finish variations may occur due to the organic nature of our aesthetic inspiration.
Estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. Final pricing is subject to structural assessments and specific customization requirements.
4. Intellectual Property
The "NEWERA" name, logo, and all creative content including photography, product designs, and UI elements are the exclusive intellectual property of NEWERA. These assets are protected by copyright and international intellectual property laws.
No part of this website may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without prior written consent from our management team.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for perfection in every installation, NEWERA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the installation of our products beyond the scope of our express warranties.
All structural modifications required for installation are the responsibility of the client unless explicitly outlined in our service contract.
